Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy applies to all physical electronic products sold through our webshop and shipped to Germany. It follows EU consumer protection regulations to ensure clarity and fairness for our customers.

Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within Germany.
As we ship from within the European Union (EU), no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Shipping Methods

We use a combination of sea freight, air freight, and road transport depending on product size, logistics efficiency, and delivery location. This ensures reliable, door-to-door delivery.

Our shipping methods include:

  • Sea freight – for large or bulk shipments; slightly longer transit times.

  • Air freight – for faster delivery when available.

  • Road transport – flexible and common for deliveries within Europe.

We collaborate with trusted logistics partners to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Time

For shipments within Germany, our standard delivery time is 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

If delays occur due to logistical reasons, we communicate an extended delivery window of 6–12 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

In rare cases (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays), delivery may take longer. We will notify you promptly if this happens. If your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you always retain your right to cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or size.
There are no hidden fees or additional charges for delivery.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
If no updates appear within two working days, contact our customer support.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions—your package may be left with a neighbor, taken to a pickup point, or rescheduled for delivery. Uncollected packages will be returned to us.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, transport disruptions, customs delays, strikes, or force majeure events).

In such cases:

  • We will keep you informed of any delay.

  • Your legal rights remain protected under EU law.

  • If your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.

Customer Responsibility & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, we cannot be held liable.

We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you (or a person you designated to receive it).
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us immediately. We will investigate the case with the courier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, provide a replacement or full refund.

Once your order has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged upon delivery

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving it.
Include:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

We will review your case within 5 business days and offer a free replacement or full refund.
Return shipping for damaged items is always free.

Lost shipment

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
We will start an investigation with the carrier to locate your shipment.

If the package is confirmed lost, you can choose between:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement shipment

If delivery is significantly delayed but the parcel is still in transit, we will keep you updated. After 30 days without delivery, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Legal Compliance

This Shipping Policy complies with EU and Dutch consumer protection laws, including:

  • Maximum delivery time of 30 days (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Clear information obligations for distance sales

  • Liability for goods until delivery to the consumer

  • Full refund rights for undelivered or lost goods

Your statutory rights under EU law remain unaffected by this policy.
