• Include VAT (Value Added Tax)

• Include free shipping

We accept secure payments via trusted providers such as Mollie, PayPal, Stripe, or other accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders to Germany.
Standard delivery time is 6–10 business days. In case of delays, delivery may take up to 12 business days.

We use a mix of road, air, and sea transport depending on your order and location.
A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, you are entitled to either:

• A replacement product, or

• A full refund

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
You may return the product for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

7. Warranty and Defective Products

All our products are covered by the statutory 2-year EU warranty.
This means you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund if your product:

We will review your claim within 5 business days and offer an appropriate solution at no cost to you.
